Key Requirements:

  • Drive business development, key client acquisition, and market entry strategies.
  • Diagnose current ETS business across geography mix, client concentration, margins, operational inefficiencies, pricing gaps, etc.
  • Target segments (IT/ITES, MNCs, manufacturing, GCCs, etc.).
  • Develop a city-wise expansion roadmap.
  • Define fleet mix and asset-light vs. asset-heavy strategy.
  • Create pricing frameworks and bid templates.
  • Ensure profitable growth.
  • Drive digitization of business processes.

Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet operations, mobility, or B2B services.
  • Experience in scaling businesses across multiple cities and geographies.
  • Strong exposure to enterprise sales and operations management.
  • MNC or structured organization background preferred.

Location:

  • Pune

Key Requirements:

  • Ensure timely and accurate books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Drive audit planning, execution, closure, and resolution of issues.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA (as applicable).
  • Proactively manage auditors (for statutory compliance, tax auditors, and internal auditors). Also responsible for managing audit observations and regulatory risks.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure IPO readiness.
  • Lead consolidation activities.
  • Manage treasury, cash, and working capital.
  • Lead and develop the finance operations team.
  • Partner with ERP and IT teams to improve finance systems effectiveness.

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Controllership.
  • Hands-on experience with Ind AS and audit handling is mandatory.
