  • Taking care of Cab operations for all site
  • New sub vendor finalization as per client requirement.
  • Prepare rate contract of all sub vendors.
  • Finalize of MIS reports and verifying the invoice.
  • Attend the client meeting
  • Preparation of Management reports ( Provision, Weekly & Daily)
  • Increase the volume of revenue.

  • Undertake regular evaluation of costs and services and recommend alternatives or improvements
  • Governance to safety & security parameter within the process
  • Maintain the MIS of the daily logs for comprehensive accountability of the vendor service delivery

Billing Executive Location: Pune

  • Understanding client requirement and statutory guidelines regarding Invoicing
  • Resolve billing related issues in co-ordination with Operations & Client
  • Follow up for approved data from data feeding team
  • Billing to clients as per due dates and keep track with MIS of billing
  • Cross checking and ensure accuracy of invoices
  • Fulfilling client requirement regarding billing data, reporting in their requisite formats, timely reply to clients
  • Working on monthly service tax liability data with accounts

Service Engineer ( Ashok Leyland CNG Buses) Location: Pune/Ahmadabad/Indore

  • To streamline the maintenance activity in parallel with repairs activity
  • To identify weak areas in the present maintenance practices and take steps to improve on the same to achieve 90% operations round the year.
  • To plan periodical maintenance activity of the buses as per the maintenance schedule given by the OEM.
  • To establish overall control over the maintenance operations to ensure 90% serviceability of the entire fleet throughout the year.

Maintenance Head- CNG City Buses Location: Gurugram/Pune/Nashik

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications
  • Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc
  • Supervises all Fleet Services employees; trains, evaluates and disciplines employees. Assists in the development of the Fleet Services budget to include a review of past year expenses and income; adjusts and administers all Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools, office supplies
  • Reviews purchase requests for new and replacement vehicles parts.
  • Typically reports to a Management
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day- to- day performance of their jobs.
  • Maximize the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner.
  • Ensures that department milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes.
