- Study and planning of routes, routing of appropriate vehicles in the fleet, driver allocation, reporting and ensure there are backup plan to deliver on time service in a cost-effective way.
- Monitor and trains drivers concerning Company safety requirements.
- Monitor driver's compliance with safety and Regional Transport Authority regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance support personnel to manage service of all vehicles.
- Our team also sends reports and analysis on route performance, driver performance and employee adherence to time on weekly, monthly basis or as requested by the client.
- Maintain the Quality of Service.
